Purchase Terms and Conditions
Typographical Errors If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown in any of the pages in this website, and any client has decided to purchase an item based on that error, we will notify such error to the client and he/she will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost on his/her side. If the information provided does not correspond to the product specifications, the client will have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost on his/her side. *The prices of the items can be modified without further notice. Transport fees Every purchase over €299 doesn't include additional transport fees. Except countries pointed out with Additional Fee in the table below. A €12 additional fee applies to purchases under €299 for every country, Spain included. All deliveries are handled by carrier Seur. Once the order is completed (payment confirmed), you will get it in 24 hours at the address provided in the purchase form (Spain and Portugal). EEC Deliveries Complying with the same purchase terms and conditions, deliveries to the rest of EEC countries will be sent according to the following conditions:
Insurance included: All deliveries include insurance in case of loss or damages during transport. If your delivery does not arrive its destination or it does arrive but in bad conditions, please contact us immediately; we will arrange the pick-up as soon as possible so that you can receive another equivalent item in perfect conditions in the shortest time possible, with no additional costs. Warranty and Returns Warranty According to the European norm, all the new products include a 2 year warranty from the purchase date; while Txirula offers one more year, 3 years in total, validated upon the purchase invoice. Only warranties from products purchased in this store or web are handled. Should you have any problems within the warranty period, before doing anything, please call us or send us an email to info@txirula.com, and we will start managing the warranty immediately. The warranty does not cover the unlawful use of the products nor the wear generated by their usage (non supporting feeders, bad connections, wear, humidity, etc.). Note: valves, speakers and amplifiers' warranty covers 90 days, and so does the breakdowns resulting from a failure in the valves and speakers. Products under warranty can be delivered by any carrier, as far as the client takes care of transport fees (one way and return). Txirula offers special conditions already agreed with the carrier Seur; that is, €40 (€20 one way and €20 return) that you will have to pay to the carrier when you return the repaired material. Returns If the product acquired does not meet your expectations, besides the right of 14 legal days to return it, Txirula offers you 16 more days with the same conditions, known as '30 Days Return', under the following conditions (so that the money can be reimbursed): a) Returned goods have to be wrapped and packaged in a safety way, with their original packaging intact and covered by a superior packing, with all their accessories and without signs of use of any type. Txirula reserves the right to retain compensation as a reduction in the price of reimbursement in exchange of goods whose value has decreased due to a clear use. b) Return fee is €40 and has to be paid by the client, and the delivery has to be completed mandatorily by the carrier Seur. c) All items that involve wear are excluded from the warranty '30 Days Return', including pads, tubes, drumsticks, cords, cables, cymbals, acoustic drums, electronic drums, digital pianos, unsealed software or without its original package, books and any other product that due to hygienic reasons can't be resold, such as InEar devices and headphones, harmonicas, pop stoppers, windscreens, wind instruments, etc. Also the products that include free software are excluded, wherever this has been registered. Order Cancellation You can cancel your purchase any time you want during the order process. Generally speaking, you can cancel your order free of charge if: • You have just completed your order. • Your order is still being processed and hasn't been sent yet. If your order has been sent to the delivery address and you want to cancel it, you can do it. However, even if you will get the total value of the product back within 7 working days, the transport fees won't be reimbursed. TXIRULA TEAM |
